How long before I see results?

How does castor oil work?

Can I wear FirmFix while sleeping?

How long a day should FirmFix be worn on the neck?
In general, we recommend using it for at least 30 minutes a day for optimum results.
How do I wash the FirmFix?
You won't be able to get the castor oil out of the cotton, so it's best not to try and wash it. As long as the cotton has been on clean skin, it's fine to use it again and again. Or you can wash it by hand with a natural soap.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery takes between 7 and 12 days.
How long does it take to receive a tracking number?
It takes 2-3 working days.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
